PureFeed offers subscription-based access to our AI-powered X/Twitter monitoring platform. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases only.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan when the paid period ends
  • Your data, signals, and settings will be preserved on the Free plan (subject to Free plan limits)

4. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use PureFeed
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at team@purefeed.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PureFeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
